USCIS seeks comments on Form G-325R biographic information collection

USCIS published a September 28, 2026 Federal Register notice for Form G-325R, Biographic Information (Registration). Plain English: this is a Paperwork Reduction Act comment notice for extending a currently approved information collection without change. It is not a new rule by itself. The notice says comments are accepted for 60 days, until November 27, 2026, under docket USCIS-2025-0005 and OMB Control Number 1615-0166.
